Final building released at Marquesa Royale in Tiburón; neighborhood 85 percent sold
NAPLES, Fla. (Sept. 6, 2011) – Marquesa Royale, a neighborhood of 48 penthouse condominium residences at Tiburón, the 943-acre resort community neighboring the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples, is 85 percent sold out, according to developer and homebuilder WCI Communities.
New home sales and construction activity remained high throughout the summer months, prompting WCI to release for sale the last of the four buildings in Marquesa Royale’s final phase to meet ongoing demand for the neighborhood of luxury penthouse condominiums.
Marquesa Royale’s three-bedroom, three-and-one-half-bath homes are priced from the mid $700,000s and offer more than 2,900 square feet of living space, with wrap-around loggias overlooking one of Tiburón’s two Greg Norman-designed golf courses. Each building offers six residences with just two homes per floor; the penthouse condos include a den/media room, private elevator, enclosed garage, designer appliances and upgraded features throughout.
Of the 24 residences in the final phase, 17 are under contract; one of the residences still available is the soon-to-be-completed furnished model at Marquesa Royale, slated for completion in December.
“With sales exceeding projections month after month, WCI Communities released the final building with several potential homebuyers already on a waiting list,” said Doug Schwartz, senior vice president of homebuilding for WCI Communities. “As we near complete sell-out, buyers recognize the time is right to buy in Tiburón.”
WCI also recently unveiled floor plans for a trio of single-family estate homes in the Marsala neighborhood at Tiburón. The new one- and two-story homes offer four bedrooms and 3,526 to 4,412 square feet of living space and are designed to showcase lake and golf views. Prices start at $595,000, not including homesite.
The Cortez, one of the single-family estate homes currently under construction, offers four full baths, a three-car garage, 3,822 square feet of living space and 5,235 total square feet. The furnished model will be unveiled later this year.
Construction on three inventory homes – representing each of the new floor plans available in Marsala – is under way, and expected to be complete near year’s end. In addition to the Cortez, WCI is building the 3,526-square-foot Treviso and 4,412-square-foot, two-story Estrella, Marsala’s largest floor plan. Both floor plans have three-car garages.
