Two Classic Series model homes at Venetian Golf & River Club are 75 percent complete
VENICE, Fla. (Sept. 6, 2011) – WCI Communities is nearing completion on the first two single-family model homes in the Classic Series at Venetian Golf & River Club, the master-planned community located along the Myakka River in Venice.
With interiors designed by Kay Green Design, an award-winning international design firm, the models will illustrate many of the options available to buyers who purchase a Classic Series home.
The Agostino and Correggio models represent the first of three Classic Series floor plans available in Otello, a neighborhood of 90 homes overlooking lakes and golf course fairways. Both models will open for viewing in November.
The three-bedroom, two-bath Correggio offers 2,398 square feet of living space and 3,392 total square feet starting at $321,990.
The Correggio offers a formal dining room and great room, which the design firm will paint with flavor and color – vibrant shades of aquamarine, midnight blues and golden highlights – to complement clean-lined furniture with light to medium tones and woven and weathered wood accents.
The Correggio floor plan also offers a private owner’s retreat with his-and-her walk-in closets and a two-car garage. The open floor plan combines great room and kitchen into a large gathering space with sliding glass doors out to the lanai and pool. The kitchen has a separate breakfast nook and a freestanding island with a breakfast bar.
For the three-bedroom Agostino, the largest floor plan of the Classic Series, the design firm envisioned a couple who enjoy entertaining and playing golf. Tone-on-tone hues of rich caramel will be accented with chocolate browns throughout the home’s 2,718 square feet of living space, which will be embellished with applied molding details on walls and ceilings. The model will have a traditional British West Indies look, with darker wood tones, rattan accent pieces and rich texture introduced in the fine fabrics used for furniture, pillows and bedding.
The Agostino, priced from $353,990, offers 3,994 total square feet, including a two-car garage and separate golf garage. It has three full baths, powder room and an owner’s retreat offering his-and-her walk-in closets and dual vanities in the bathroom. Both guestrooms have walk-in closets and private full baths; a den provides the option for a fourth bedroom.
The Boretto is the third Classic Series floor plan offered in Otello. The three-bedroom, three-bath design has a den, two-car garage, separate golf garage and 2,643 square feet of living space. It is priced from $348,990.
Each of the Classic Series floor plans includes a laundry room, covered lanai and interior features, including tray ceilings in select rooms, tile in the main living areas, carpeted bedrooms and kitchens equipped with pantries and freestanding islands/breakfast bars.
Venetian Golf & River Club also offers two- and three-bedroom Grand Villas with 1,743 to 2,200 square feet of living space starting at $224,990.
The 1,039-acre master-planned community offers an array of amenities, including championship golf and a 20,000-square-foot Golf Club, where members can enjoy fine and casual dining and a full calendar of events.
The Venetian River Club features dining with a view of the 70-acre Nature Park, as well as a fitness center and aerobics studio, spa rooms, lap pool, resort-style pool with cabana bar and six-court Har-Tru lighted tennis center. The Nature Park includes the River Walk boardwalk and picnic gazebo.
