Keith E. Bass

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Keith E. Bass is President and CEO, responsible for all company activities including community planning and operations for its Homebuilding, Real Estate Services and Amenities groups. Bass has over 20 years of homebuilding experience, and prior to joining WCI held a number of executive leadership positions at national homebuilding and development companies, including President of the South Region of Ryland Homes and President of the Florida Region of Taylor Woodrow. He has served on WCI's Board of Directors since early 2012. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College and is a licensed general contractor and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida.

Russell Devendorf

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Russell Devendorf is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining WCI, Mr. Devendorf held positions as Vice President – Finance and Vice President and Treasurer at Meritage Homes Corporation and TOUSA, Inc. respectively. He also served as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP in their real estate practice and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional.

Vivien N. Hastings

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Vivien N. Hastings is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of WCI. Ms. Hastings joined WCI in 1990 and held a variety of positions in WCI’s legal department prior to becoming General Counsel in 1995. Prior to joining WCI, she served as Vice President and Co-General Counsel of Merrill Lynch Hubbard, Inc., a real estate division of Merrill Lynch & Co. and was an associate with the law firm of Winston & Strawn.

Paul Erhardt

Senior Vice President of Homebuilding and Community Development Operations

Paul Erhardt is the Senior Vice President of Homebuilding and Community Development Operations. In addition to overseeing all homebuilding operations, including purchasing, new construction and sales and marketing, Erhardt is responsible for all community design and planning including land acquisition and entitlement, permitting, and land development. Erhardt also oversees the lifestyle delivery provided through community operations, clubs and marinas. With extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, sales and marketing, Erhardt holds both a BBA and MBA from the University of Michigan with a Concentration in Corporate Strategy and Operations. Prior to joining WCI Erhardt was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton and a practicing CPA with Arthur Andersen & Company.

Rei L. Mesa

President & Chief Executive Officer Prudential Florida Realty, President Real Estate Services

Rei L. Mesa is the President and CEO of Prudential Florida Real Estate Services. Prudential Florida Real Estate Services includes Prudential Florida Realty, Florida Home Finance Group, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Florida Title & Guarantee, and Florida Home & General Lines Insurance. The company has approximately 2,000 real estate professionals and support staff servicing 17 counties throughout Florida.
