
David L. Fry
David L. Fry is President and CEO. Mr. Fry is responsible for WCI’s Traditional and Tower Homebuilding activity nationwide. Mr. Fry previously held positions as Chief Operating Officer, WCI’s Traditional Homebuilding Division West Central Florida Region President and Senior Vice President of the Real Estate Services and Amenities Divisions. He joined WCI in 1995 as Vice President of Amenities, and subsequently led Real Estate Services encompassing the operating business units of Prudential Florida Realty, Florida Home Finance Group, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Florida Title & Guarantee.
Russell Devendorf
Russell Devendorf is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Devendorf joins WCI from homebuilder Meritage Homes Corporation where he served as Vice President – Finance since May, 2008. Prior to joining Meritage Homes Corporation Mr. Devendorf was employed by homebuilder TOUSA, Inc. where he held several financial and accounting management positions over a six year period, most recently Vice President and Treasurer. He also served as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP in their real estate practice and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional.
Vivien N. Hastings
Vivien N. Hastings is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for WCI and has held the position since 1998. In 1995, Ms. Hastings was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of WCI Communities Limited Partnership. Prior to her role as General Counsel, she held various positions in WCI Communities Limited Partnership's legal department. From 1982 to 1989, Ms. Hastings was Vice President and Co-General Counsel of Merrill Lynch Hubbard, Inc., a real estate division of Merrill Lynch & Co. Prior to her tenure with Merrill Lynch, she was an associate with the law firm of Winston & Strawn.
Tim Oak
Timothy Oak serves as the President of Florida Homebuilding and Tower, overseeing all sales, construction, product development, community design, purchasing and warranty operations for the state. Mr. Oak joined WCI/FDC in 1989 and has held various positions within Homebuilding Operations around the state, including Florida West Central Regional President and Southwest Divisional President. Mr. Oak is a licensed general contractor and holds degrees in Business Management and Master of Business Administration.
Craig Klingensmith
Craig Klingensmith is Division President of the Northeast U.S. region, responsible for operations, sales, and asset management. Mr. Klingensmith began his career at WCI in 2000 as a project manager in the Tower Division in Florida. He has held other roles in the company including Senior Project Manager/Vice President and Division President of Towers developing several buildings in Florida. In 2005 he moved to the Northeast following the acquisition of companies in the Mid Atlantic and Northeast markets. In 2008, Craig became the Division President of both Homebuilding and Towers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He holds a degree in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning from West Virginia University.
Rei L. Mesa
Rei L. Mesa is the President and CEO of Prudential Florida Real Estate Services. Prudential Florida Real Estate Services includes Prudential Florida Realty, Florida Home Finance Group, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Florida Title & Guarantee, and Florida Home & General Lines Insurance. The company has approximately 2,000 real estate professionals and support staff servicing 17 counties throughout Florida. Since its inception in 1999, the company has quickly become the 2nd largest residential real estate services firm in Florida and is ranked the 33rd largest real estate firm in the nation based on sales volume. It is also the 6th largest brokerage in the nation among the Prudential Network brokers across North America. Florida Home Finance Group, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is recognized as the #1 joint venture in Florida. Rei has been in the real estate industry since 1981.
Douglas L. Schwartz
Douglas L. Schwartz is Senior Vice President, Asset Management. Mr. Schwartz is responsible for maximizing WCI asset values through on-going strategic planning and positioning of core assets, sale of non-core assets, and management of builder lot dispositions. He brings over twenty years of Florida real estate experience to his role – most notably as Executive Vice President of Taylor Woodrow where he had responsibility for all of Taylor Woodrow’s Florida homebuilding, community development, and tower operations. Mr. Schwartz has also held Division President responsibilities for Centex’s West Florida division, (Tampa, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Naples). He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia; a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University; and is a licensed Florida general contractor.
Diana Walker
Diana Walker is Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Information Officer. As SVP of Human Resources, Diana has overall leadership responsibilities to ensure that the design of human resource management systems result in the effective and efficient use of human talent to accomplish organizational goals. In addition, Ms. Walker has held the role of CIO since March 2003 where her responsibilities include partnering with her WCI business peers to ensure IT governance, business applications, systems, and network infrastructure are in alignment with business strategy. Diana is a CPA and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and her previous experience includes various senior level CIO and Human Resource positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Comdisco, Inc. and Global Quality & Re-engineering for GE Capital Auto Financial Services.
