The marina at Tidewater Preserve offers the best in modern facilities and amenities for the recreational boater including a motorized boat lift that provides access to the Manatee River.
The nature trails offer residents fantastic opportunities to commune with the environment in Florida's natural setting. The River Walk meanders gracefully along the river's edge offering in-depth opportunities to see flora and fauna, Tidewater Preserve's other "residents".
The proposed River Club, set upon the eastern tip of Tidewater Preserve offering commanding views of the river, will feature dining for 120 inside and another 100 al fresco, fitness center, aerobics studio, sauna and treatment rooms.
There are two pools planned for Tidewater Preserve residents to enjoy. The River Club will feature a tropical pool deck for the amusement of all and Carriage Home residents will make a splash at their planned community pool.
